IT Support Job Description

Our I.T. & Cyber Security business is growing and in need of a technician to handle Tier 1 onsite and remote work, and who is interested in growing to Tier 2 responsibilities of projects and cyber security rollouts.

To start the technician will provide remote and onsite support to residential and business clients and grow into managing networks and more advanced IT rollouts.

There is also an opportunity to make money buy reselling backups, Anti-Virus, ongoing support and other necessary IT software/services.

We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, and who are looking to learn rapidly in the I.T. and Cyber fields

Job Duties

– Perform field service visits to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, networks
– Remote support on IT support tickets, work from home
– Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
– Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and equipment maintenance in an RMM

-Assist in project deployments for email migrations, cyber security rollouts, office moves, and software implementations

Job Requirements
– Knowledge of Windows and MacOS systems and ability to work with Office 365 and Google Workspace
– Strong Troubleshooting skills

-Ability to Document and create SOPs
– Located in Charleston area or suburbs
– Technical sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide support
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Hourly pay
• Profit sharing

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
